Each ticket includes the current fuel surcharge and all applicable taxes. No other fees will be applied to your ticket when you join us in Valdez.
Refund Policy: If you need to cancel a tour, you must call the Lu-Lu Belle at 1-800-411-0090 as soon as possible. Tours cannot be canceled via email. If the tour is canceled at least 14 days before your scheduled cruise date you will receive a full refund minus a 20% booking fee. Any tour that is canceled within 14 days from your scheduled cruise date will not receive a refund.
Please note that if you're having an issue paying for your booking, please try removing all accented characters - diacritics. Those may cause an issue with the order going through.
